Environment set up and uploaded

I have setup an environment for the project. The combination used is Eclipse, GWT and Google Appengine. It took a little longer than expected since I combined with an upgrade of Eclipse but after I'm quite happy with the result.

There is however one drawback, it seems you need to use a 32-bit binary of Java to run the local web server. I will try to make the project build and use a different local server but so far it seems I can only test on Google Appengine.

Currently there is not much visible to demonstrate but you can view the project on http://m7011eimagine.appspot.com/.
